Do you like working in the kitchen preparing meals? Have we got a fun assignment for you!
Our Sous Chefs are volunteers who love to prepare and serve delicious food.
They devote four hours (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) once or twice a month working with our amazing cook and kitchen staff to prepare and serve lunches at our Soup Kitchen's Community Dining Facility right here in Port Chester.
You can even sign up with a friend and work as a team! You can give us the contact info when we call you!

Personal Shoppers Wanted!
Twice a week we roll out the racks and stock the shelves with a healthy variety of groceries, produce, meats, eggs and fish. Our volunteers assist in setting up the pantry before escorting our clients down the aisles. Clients get to choose from a selection of Grains, Vegetables, Dairy, Proteins, Fruits, Soups, Fats & Oils, and Miscellaneous items.
It's fun. It's personal. And it is immensely rewarding for all.
